These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.dajva.com and the services provided by DajVa (operated by Dajana Filistovová), a sole trader based in Slovakia.

DajVa provides virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:

Services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.
3. No Client Agreement Without Confirmation
Submitting a contact form or sending an inquiry does not create a binding agreement.
A service agreement is only concluded once both parties explicitly confirm cooperation (via email or written agreement).
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are agreed individually before the start of cooperation
- Payments are made based on issued invoices
- Payment terms will be specified in each individual agreement
We do not process payments directly through the website.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete information
- ensuring they have the rights to any materials they share
- reviewing and approving delivered work in a reasonable time
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- all materials created by DajVa remain the property of the client after full payment
- DajVa retains the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes
7. Confidentiality
We respect confidentiality and handle all client information with care.
Any sensitive or business-related information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide services with professional care and effort, however:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- we are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on delivered services
- liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools and platforms such as:
- communication tools (e.g. email, messaging apps)
- project management tools (e.g. Trello, Notion)
- cloud services (e.g. Google Drive)
- video conferencing tools (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet)
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
